6 Killed, Several Injured in Bus-Truck Collision in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur

At least six people were killed and seven others injured after a bus carrying wedding procession passengers collided with a truck on the Dhaulana-Gulawati road in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.

According to Hapur SP Gyananjay Singh, police teams rushed to the scene immediately after the accident, launched rescue operations, and shifted the injured to nearby hospitals for treatment.

The truck involved in the collision has been removed, and traffic on the route has been restored to normal. Authorities said there were 12 people on board the bus, and one victim, believed to be the driver, remains unidentified. Legal formalities are currently underway as families of the victims have arrived.
