JDU Promises Massive Employment Push in Bihar

Patna: Janata Dal (United) leader Nishant Kumar said the party has promised to provide employment to one crore people over the next five years and asserted that the government is actively working toward achieving the target.

He said every effort would be made to ensure large-scale employment generation across the state.

Referring to earlier commitments, Nishant Kumar said the government had previously promised to provide government jobs and employment opportunities to 20 lakh people.

According to him, the government delivered 10 lakh government jobs and employment to 40 lakh people last year.

He expressed confidence that the government would continue working to expand employment opportunities and fulfil its promises in the coming years.

The remarks come amid growing political focus on jobs, development, and governance in Bihar.
