Petrol prices are likely to rise further

Lahore, Pakistan: Amid the West Asia crisis, petrol prices in Lahore are steadily rising, causing distress to students and daily commuters. Many have warned that the rising fuel prices are becoming unbearable.

Ali Hassan, Mohammad Saleem, and Mohammad Zubair, all students, expressed their growing concerns about the situation. One of them said, “Petrol prices are likely to rise further. But what can we do?…”

For many, two-wheelers remain the cheapest and most practical mode of transportation. However, with fuel prices steadily rising, that option is now under threat, they said. “The situation may soon reach a point where we will have to park our bikes at home as showpieces, as using them will no longer be affordable.”
