First-Ever Rozgar Mela in Kargil Sees 200 New Government Recruits Receive Appointment Letters
In a landmark employment initiative, Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena handed over appointment letters to 200 newly recruited government employees at the first-ever Rozgar Mela organized in Kargil.
The recruitment drive is aimed at strengthening governance and public service delivery in Kargil district, one of the country’s most challenging geographical regions.
Addressing the new recruits, the Lieutenant Governor urged them to serve the nation with honesty, compassion, and dedication, emphasizing their role in supporting the weakest sections of society. He also reaffirmed the Union Territory administration’s commitment to filling vacant posts on priority to further strengthen local governance in Ladakh.
