Gold Edges Higher in Bullion Market, Silver Remains Steady

In the Indian bullion market, 24-carat gold prices registered a marginal increase, trading at ₹1,52,210 per 10 grams, while silver remained flat at ₹2,41,460 per kilogram.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold for the June contract rose 0.6 percent to ₹1,52,979 per 10 grams, while silver for the May contract gained over 2.6 percent, reaching ₹2,47,265 per kilogram.

The upward movement reflects continued investor interest amid global market uncertainty and fluctuating commodity trends.
