Global crude oil prices were trading with a mixed trend today, with benchmark contracts moving in different directions during intra-day trading.
Brent crude declined 0.2 per cent to trade at 88 US dollars and 71 cents per barrel, according to the latest market figures.
Meanwhile, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was marginally higher at 82 US dollars and 24 cents per barrel when reports last came in.
The contrasting movement in the two major international crude benchmarks indicates a mixed trend in global oil markets during the day’s trading session.
