Nashik Court Rejects Anticipatory Bail of Nida Khan in TCS Case

A court in Nashik has rejected the anticipatory bail application of Nida Khan in connection with a case involving allegations of sexual harassment and forcible religious conversion at the Nashik unit of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
Public prosecutor Ajay Misar stated that the court found the charges to be serious and emphasised the need for custodial interrogation, identifying Khan as a key accused in the case.
According to the FIR, the accused allegedly advised women employees to dress and behave in accordance with specific religious traditions.
