Silver Futures Drop ₹567 as Traders Cut Positions

Silver prices declined by ₹567 to ₹2,52,183 per kilogram in futures trading on Wednesday as market participants reduced their positions. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), silver contracts for May delivery fell 0.22 percent, with a business turnover of 2,712 lots.

Analysts attributed the decline to profit-booking and a sell-off by traders, which exerted downward pressure on silver prices in the commodity market.
