Bosch, Wheels India and Brakes India Join Hands for New Automotive Venture
Auto technology and engineering major Bosch Ltd has reported a 3 per cent increase in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 2026. The company also announced a new joint venture with Wheels India Ltd and Brakes India Pvt Ltd to develop solutions for the commercial vehicle air system segment.
Bosch Ltd on Wednesday announced a modest rise in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 2026. The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹568.5 crore, marking a 3 per cent increase compared to ₹553.6 crore recorded during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
According to a regulatory filing by the company, consolidated revenue from operations during the quarter rose significantly to ₹5,565.7 crore from ₹4,910.6 crore in the same period last year, reflecting healthy growth in business operations and demand across segments.

Bosch Ltd also announced that its board has approved the formation of a joint venture with TSF Group companies Wheels India Ltd and Brakes India Pvt Ltd. The partnership will focus on the development and production of solutions for the commercial vehicle air system segment, an important area in the automotive and mobility industry.
The proposed joint venture is expected to strengthen Bosch’s presence in commercial vehicle technologies while supporting innovation and localisation in advanced automotive systems. Industry observers believe the collaboration could enhance product development capabilities and cater to the growing demand for efficient and reliable vehicle components in India’s transportation sector.
