Education Board declares Class 10 results

The Assam State School Education Board has declared the Class 10 (HSLC) results today, recording an overall pass percentage of 65.62 per cent.

Out of 4.29 lakh students who appeared for the examination, boys achieved a pass rate of 67.78 per cent, slightly higher than girls at 63.96 per cent. Jyotirmay Das from Patacharkuchi, Bajali District, topped the merit list.

Among districts, Dima Hasao District emerged as the top performer with 88.23 per cent, while Cachar recorded the lowest pass percentage at 49.13 per cent.
