Global travelers are facing a major crisis in Brisbane today as a massive 23-day rail network shutdown officially began this morning, Good Friday.

With Airtrain services to the airport suspended, commuters are reporting delays of up to 90 minutes, urging travelers to book private transfers immediately. In India, travel trends for April are leaning heavily toward “Flower Tourism.” Destinations like the Srinagar Tulip Garden and the Rhododendron trails of Sikkim are seeing a 40% spike in bookings this week.

Travelers are also being alerted to new FSSAI guidelines issued today, advising everyone to peel all fruits and vegetables before consumption due to high pesticide residues detected in seasonal April harvests.
