The Brigands of Rattlecreek Features Major Hollywood Cast

Acclaimed South Korean filmmaker Park Chan-wook, who is set to preside over the jury at the upcoming Cannes Film Festival, is also heading to the French Riviera with a major new Western project featuring a star-studded cast.

According to reports, the film is titled The Brigands of Rattlecreek.

The project will feature Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey, Oscar nominee Austin Butler, and Pedro Pascal.

Chinese actress Tang Wei, who starred in Park Chan-wook’s critically acclaimed 2022 film Decision to Leave, is also part of the cast.

The announcement adds further excitement around Park Chan-wook’s Cannes presence, where he will serve as jury president while also showcasing a major international production.

More details about the storyline and release schedule are yet to be revealed.
