David Dhawan Says No AI Used in Film ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’

Filmmaker David Dhawan has said that no artificial intelligence was used in his upcoming film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, clarifying that AI was used only in the teaser.

Speaking in Mumbai, Dhawan said the film itself has been made without the use of AI technology, while limited use of the tool was restricted to promotional material.

On working with his son, actor Varun Dhawan, the director said he does not differentiate between Varun and any other performer during filming. He added that his focus remains on achieving perfection in his work, and all actors are treated equally on set.
