Reliance Industries Board to Meet on April 24 to Approve FY26 Results, Consider Dividend

Reliance Industries Limited has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, April 24, 2026.

According to the company’s filing, the board will consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending a dividend on equity shares for the financial year.

Reliance Industries added that an analyst meet will be held after the board meeting to discuss the company’s quarterly and annual financial performance.
