Realty Firm Smartworks Reports Strong Q4 Performance

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd on Thursday reported a consolidated net profit of ₹16.62 crore for the quarter ended March, driven by a significant rise in income.

The company had posted a net loss of ₹8.3 crore in the same period last year, marking a turnaround in its financial performance.

According to a regulatory filing, total income surged 47 per cent to ₹532.70 crore in the fourth quarter of the 2025–26 financial year, compared to ₹362.05 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

The results reflect strong demand in the flexible workspace segment and improved operational performance for the company.
