3 Arrested in Tamil Nadu for ‘Jana Nayagan’ Data Theft and Online Leak

The Tamil Nadu Cyber Crime Wing has arrested three key accused, including a freelance assistant editor, in connection with the data theft and online leak of the movie Jana Nayagan. According to an official release, the arrests were made on April 15 following an extensive technical investigation and analysis of digital evidence.

The development comes days after six other individuals were apprehended on April 11 for allegedly uploading and distributing pirated content related to the film. Police said the probe is ongoing to trace the wider network involved in the leak and curb digital piracy.
