Directors, including Noel Tata, arrived at the group’s headquarters in the morning and departed later in the afternoon following the conclusion of the meeting.
N Chandrasekaran, who heads the Tata Group, did not comment to media personnel waiting outside the premises regarding decisions or discussions held during the board meeting.
The agenda and outcomes of the meeting were not officially disclosed immediately after the session concluded.
