Delhi HC Orders Preservation of Properties in Kapoor Family Case

The Delhi High Court has granted interim relief to the children of Bollywood actor Karisma Kapoor in an ongoing property dispute.

Justice Jyoti Singh restrained Priya Kapoor from selling or transferring any assets left behind by Sanjay Kapoor.

The court observed that the properties must be preserved and not dissipated during the pendency of the case. It also directed Priya Kapoor to respond to concerns and doubts raised by the children regarding the assets.

The interim order ensures that the disputed properties remain intact until further legal proceedings.
