Heavy Rainfall in Arunachal Pradesh Over Next Two Days

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning over Arunachal Pradesh over the next two days. The Met Department also predicted thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura tomorrow.

Similar conditions are expected to prevail over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. According to IMD, strong surface winds are expected over Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab and West Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, heat wave conditions are predicted over Odisha for the next two days. The IMD said hot and humid weather is likely to prevail over Andhra Pradesh, Coastal Karnataka, Gangetic West Bengal, Gujarat, Kerala, Mahe, Madhya Maharashtra, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal.
