According to officials, the effort aims to build stronger collaboration between security forces and local communities in vulnerable areas along the pilgrimage corridor.
The training drive in Ramban forms part of broader preparations underway in Jammu and Kashmir for the peaceful and secure conduct of the annual pilgrimage, which attracts thousands of devotees from across the country every year.
