IT Major HCLTech Announces Key Board-Level Appointment
HCL Technologies (HCLTech) on Monday announced the appointment of Kimsuka Narsimhan as an Independent Director with immediate effect.
A Chartered and Cost Accountant by qualification, Narsimhan brings more than 35 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. She has held senior leadership positions in finance, risk management, strategy, and business transformation with leading global organisations.
According to the company, the appointment became effective from April 20, 2026, as part of HCLTech’s continued focus on strengthening its board with experienced industry leaders.
