Mamata Gets Tejashwi Support Ahead of Bengal Polls
Tejashwi Yadav has expressed confidence that Mamata Banerjee will return as Chief Minister of West Bengal for a fourth consecutive term.
Yadav arrived in the state on Friday and participated in a series of election roadshows organised by the ruling All India Trinamool Congress in North 24 Parganas district.
He attended back-to-back campaign events in Jagaddal, Bhatpara, and Khardaha Assembly constituencies.
In a post on X, Yadav said an enthusiastic roadshow was held in support of TMC candidate Amit Gupta from the Bhatpara Assembly constituency under the Barrackpore Lok Sabha area, as well as candidate Somnath Shyam from Jagaddal.
The visit is being seen as a show of opposition unity and support for the TMC during the high-stakes West Bengal Assembly elections.
