India-UAE Ties Strengthened Through Continued Diplomatic Engagement

Vikram Misri on Thursday met Reem Al Hashimy in Abu Dhabi to review the growing strategic partnership between India and the United Arab Emirates.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, the two sides reviewed the full spectrum of the India-UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and explored opportunities for expanding cooperation across various sectors.
The discussions also focused on identifying new areas for collaboration aimed at strengthening economic, strategic and diplomatic engagement between the two countries.
In addition to bilateral matters, both leaders exchanged views on the evolving regional situation and several global issues of mutual interest.
India and the UAE have significantly expanded cooperation in recent years across trade, investment, energy, technology, defence and people-to-people ties, making the relationship one of India’s most important strategic partnerships in the Gulf region.
The meeting in Abu Dhabi reflects continued high-level diplomatic engagement between the two nations amid changing geopolitical and economic developments in West Asia and beyond.
