Congress Chief Assures Clarity on Karnataka Leadership Row
Speaking in Kalaburagi, Mallikarjun Kharge said the ongoing confusion over the Chief Ministerial issue in Karnataka would be resolved soon.
Addressing the recent wall collapse incident in Bengaluru, Kharge noted that conflicting reports have emerged regarding the structure, with some suggesting it was old while others pointed to poor construction quality.
He emphasised the need for immediate repairs of unsafe structures and called for compensation to those affected, particularly small vendors and gig workers who were operating near the site.
Kharge also urged authorities to take preventive measures to avoid similar incidents in the future and to ensure better safety for street vendors and informal workers across the state.
