Corporate Executive Contributes Over Rs 1.5 Crore to TTD

A senior corporate executive on Thursday donated Rs 1.51 crore to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams’s Sri Venkateswara Pranadana Trust.

According to an official press release, the donation was made by PMS Prasad, who handed over the demand draft to temple Peskar Sri Ramakrishna at the Ranganayakula Mandapam inside the revered Sri Venkateswara Temple.

The Sri Venkateswara Pranadana Trust is one of the major charitable trusts administered by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and is primarily focused on providing medical assistance and healthcare support to devotees and economically weaker sections.

Temple authorities acknowledged the contribution and appreciated the donor’s support towards the trust’s humanitarian and service-oriented initiatives. Donations received by the trust are utilised for healthcare-related welfare activities and the treatment of needy patients.

The Tirumala temple, dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, continues to receive substantial contributions from devotees, philanthropists, and corporate leaders from across the country for its various religious and charitable activities.
