Raashii Khanna Joins Akshay Kumar’s Upcoming Comedy Drama
Star-Studded Family Entertainer Set for December 4 Release
Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan are joining forces with filmmaker Anees Bazmee for an untitled comedy film scheduled to hit theatres on December 4.
The upcoming project is being described as a “big-screen family entertainer” packed with humour and ensemble performances. The film is produced by Shirish Reddy and Kuldeep Rathore in association with Cape of Good Films and Sri Venkateswara Creations.
Alongside Kumar and Balan, the movie also stars Raashii Khanna, Vijay Raaz and Sudesh Lehri in prominent roles.
The makers recently completed the Kerala shooting schedule, moving the film a step closer to completion ahead of its theatrical release later this year.
The collaboration has generated considerable excitement among fans, especially as Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan reunite after previously sharing screen space in popular films. Anees Bazmee, known for successful entertainers and comedy blockbusters, is expected to bring his signature humour and family-friendly storytelling style to the project.
