Improved Revenue Drives Bayer CropScience Growth in Q4

Bayer CropScience on Tuesday reported a 13 per cent increase in net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026.

The company posted a net profit of ₹162.1 crore during the January–March quarter, compared with ₹143.3 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

According to a regulatory filing, total income rose to ₹1,147.4 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26 from ₹1,083.5 crore recorded during the same period last year.

The improved performance reflects stronger revenue generation during the quarter amid sustained demand in the agriculture and crop protection segments.

Bayer CropScience is a major player in India’s agricultural solutions market, offering crop protection products, seeds and farming technologies aimed at improving agricultural productivity.

The company’s quarterly results come at a time when the agriculture sector continues to focus on productivity enhancement, sustainable farming practices and improved crop management solutions.
