Andhra Pradesh Approves 599 Investment Proposals Worth ₹2,000 Crore

Andhra Pradesh’s State Land Allotment Committee (SLAC) has approved 599 investment proposals during a meeting held in Amaravati, marking a major push for industrial growth in the state. The meeting was chaired by A.S. Dinesh Kumar, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC).

A total of 915 applications seeking industrial land allotment across various industrial parks were reviewed. The approved projects involve investments of over ₹2,000 crore and are expected to create employment opportunities for around 11,488 people.

The proposed units will be established on 215.80 acres across 19 districts and span multiple sectors, including manufacturing, MSMEs, food processing, engineering, automobiles, electronics, logistics, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
