Jharkhand Government Reshuffles 65 IAS and IPS Officers

The Jharkhand government has carried out a major bureaucratic reshuffle involving 65 IAS and IPS officers through transfers, new appointments, and additional charge allocations, officials said. As part of the administrative overhaul, new Deputy Commissioners have been appointed in 17 districts.

According to an official notification, 2013-batch IAS officer Rajiv Ranjan has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum district, while 2014-batch IAS officer Sandip Kumar has been named Deputy Commissioner of Latehar district.

The reshuffle is aimed at strengthening governance and improving administrative efficiency across the state.
